Charles Lewis began making pies at Marie Callendar's while attending culinary school in Las Vegas. Pie was his specialty when he starting running Dot's Diner in Bisbee, AZ in 1999. After a move to Tehachapi, CA, he changed his business name to Tehachapie.  Always known to locals as "The Pie Guy" this has become the name of the current business in Flagstaff, AZ.

Heart or Apple shaped pocket pies are available for weddings or parties.
